West Oxfordshire District Council - Physical Activity and Leisure Survey 2021
Thank you for agreeing to complete this short survey which will help us understand your attitude towards activity and exercise and your local leisure centres and facilities.
We would like to ask you some questions about your leisure, sport, physical activity and wellbeing habits.
Your answers will help us to understand what barriers may prevent you from being physically active and using your local leisure centre in the future, and what we can do to overcome these barriers.
Your responses are anonymous.
